Why isn’t my tracking number updating online?
Since we partner with an overseas shipping center, it's estimated around 4 to 7 days for your tracking number to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please be assured that your order has indeed been shipped once you receive your tracking number. Some tracking numbers may show “not found” or indicate that your package is still in Asia, even when it’s on its way to you. This delay is due to Asia being one of the largest international postal hubs, which can sometimes slow tracking updates.

How long does shipping take?
We source our inventory from the USA, Europe, and Asia. To keep our stock affordable, fresh, and up-to-date, we maintain a central logistics center in Asia from which all products are shipped. Since our logistics center is overseas, it's estimated around 1-3 weeks for domestic shipping and it's estimated around 3-4 weeks if the order is international. Note that items ordered together may not ship on the same day, and occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. The buyer is responsible for all lost, stolen, or returned packages. In the rare case of a postal carrier error, please direct your concerns to your local carrier.

Orders with Incorrect Address Information
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be altered. Any packages returned due to an incorrect or invalid address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Please double-check to ensure your address is correct. While we carefully check all orders before shipment, we are not liable for errors such as incorrect credit card information or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting!

Are There Any Duties/Taxes on My Package?
Due to the low declared values entered by our logistics center, customers rarely receive additional fees when importing. However, each country reserves the right to apply taxes on imports, which is entirely beyond our control. In the rare case of a fee, customers are 100% responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges levied by their local customs office. Note that taxes, duties, or customs fees are not included in the shipping costs and are not collected by us or your postal office. The fee is issued by your country’s customs department. Please contact your local post office or customs office for the exact costs of these fees. Under no circumstances will we assume responsibility for these costs.
